Beware downloading the new iTunes 4.9. It has nothing to offer but useless Podcasts, and it will erase your entire library. Unless you have your music backed up on an iPod or what have you, I wouldn't suggest the update.

MOST podcasts are useless. Not all. There are a couple good ones out there.

Are you sure about that library deleting thing? I've been crusing forums and I havn't seen anyone saying their iTunes library was wiped out.

Jon, for a sec, I thought you said you were "crushing forms", and I was really impressed, like, "Wow, he must be crushing them all wit' his mad knowledge skillaz". But then I realized it was a typo, and became much less impressed. =(

Tay: Thanks! Now I know... although I doubt it's available for Windows yet anyways. Stupid Windows. At least it's not Solaris or whatever the shit it is they make me use here. It took me 6 minutes (hey, that's a long time when you have to catch the bus) to figure out how to print a freakin' word doc, and then the printer was out of ink. Geeze.

Well, my iTunes library is completely unaffected. 4.9 installed without a hitch.

I too decided against jerkishness. Profit is a good motivator.

Also, the new iTunes is now on my PC, with nary a problem. Baby Jesus must hate you, Tay. Or at least not "heart you with mouth".
